Since the beginning of the year, the fleet of the Rossiya special-purpose air unit under the administration of the Russian President has been expanded by receipt of three aircrafts with Perm-built PS-90A engines. The customer received two Tu-204-300s (RA-64057 and RA-64058) and one IL-96-300 (RA-96017).
All the aircrafts are equipped with modern communications systems, and the latest navigational equipment. The PS-90A engines meet all requirements pertaining to noise and emissions.
The fleet of the special-purpose air unit now comprises 14 airplanes with Perm-built PS-90A engines — 5 IL-96-300s and 9 Tu-204/214s.

The Rossiya special-purpose air unit under the Administrative Department of the President of the Russian Federation carries the President of the Russian Federation, newly-elected but not yet serving President of the Russian Federation, the Russian Prime Minister, the Chairman of the Russian Federal Assembly, the Chairman of the Russian State Duma, the Chairman of the Russian Constitutional Court, the Russian General Prosecutor, the head of the Russian Presidential Administration, and the Russian Foreign Minister.
