UMPO Announces Preliminary Results for 2011

Ufa, March 6, 2012 The Ufa Engine Industrial Association (UMPO) has announced its 2011 results. The company’s income grew in comparison with 2010 and amounted to 21,065 million rubles (20,376 million rubles in 2010). The bulk of the company’s 2011 income was income from fulfilling contracts to deliver and service AL-31F aviation engines.

The share of exports reached 72% of the total production volume (this indicator also includes deliveries for Russian aircraft companies preparing products for export).

The data presented in this press release describe the expected results for UMPO in 2010 and are based on current, preliminary information about production and financial activity which have not been subjected to auditor oversight. Therefore, the actual results and indicators may vary from announced 2010 activity.
