Perm/April 06, 2012 By order of Perm Engine Company Managing Director Alexey Mikhalev, the company has begun a program called ‘Housing PMZ Employees 2012-2017’.
In accordance with the decision of the Managing Director, the company will conduct polling of employees in need of better living quarters and will establish quotas for participation in the program for distinct services, taking into account the plans to attract young specialists in 2012. A specially-formed committee made up of representatives from PMZ’s personnel, legal, and production departments will establish the selection criteria for participation in the program. The company’s financial department will work out the mechanism of the subsidy for buying a home.
The company estimates that the ‘Housing PMZ Employees 2012-2017’ program will make it possible for about 100 leading young specialists at Perm Engine Company to buy apartments which suit their lives better and which are within their reach financially.
