The Yaroslavl Regional Government Congratulates Saturn on Winning the XIIth All-Russia ‘Engineer of the Year-2011’ Competition

April 06, 2012, Rybinsk The government of the Yaroslavl Region congratulated the employees of Saturn on representing the region and winning the XIIth All-Russia ‘Engineer of the Year-2011’ competition.

In Round 1 of ‘Professional Engineers’, the title of ‘Professional Engineer of Russia’ and accompanying certificate was awarded‘

in the category ‘Machine-Building’ to Dmitri Gennadyevich Ievlev, Head of the Design Department for engineering analysis systems at Saturn

in the category ‘Aviation and Space Technology’ to Vladimir Valentinovich Posadov, an Expert on vibration-based diagnostics of gas turbine units at Saturn’s Strength Design Department, and to Valery Vyacheslavovich Kucherov, Head of Saturn’s Compressor Design Department.

In Round 1 of ‘Young Engineers’, the award for ‘Winner in the first round of the All-Russia Engineer of the Year-2011 Competition’

In the category of ‘Machine-Building’, to Marina Nikolaevna Dmitrieva, Grade 1 Engineer and Designer with Saturn’s Compressor Design Department

In the category ‘Aviation and Space Technology’ to Artem Alexandrovich Korotygin, Grade 2 Engineer and Designer with Saturn’s Compressor Design Department.

In Round 2 of ‘Professional Engineers’

In the category ‘Aviation and Space Technology’, Sergei Vitalevich Sarychev, Deputy Head of Saturn’s Research and Reliability Design Department, won. He was awarded the titled of Winner of the All-Russia Engineer of the Year 2011 Competition, with a diploma, certificate, and commemorative medal.

The XIIth All-Russia Engineer of the Year 2011 Competition was organized by the Russian Union of Scientific and Engineering Organizations, the International Union of Scientific and Engineering Organizations, the Prokhorov General Physics Academy, and the Interregional Foundation for the support of scientific and technological progress under the Government of the Russian Federation. The winners were determined at the beginning of this year.
