Perm 24.04.2012 In 2012 101 employees of the Perm Engine Company and technologically connected companies received diplomas in higher and secondary professional education via evening and correspondence study programs. One in six of them had their training funded by the company.
48 employees managed during their course of study in higher and secondary professional institutions to also achieve career growth and were transferred to engineering or leadership roles. 24 specialist graduates, combining their production work and their studies, were included in the factory’s human resources reserve for promotion to leadership positions.

By creating the right conditions for our staff to get higher and secondary professional education and improve their qualifications, we aim to gather a team that can fulfil the factory’s status as a ‘fifth generation’. ”
