Perm Engine Company holds annual shareholders’ meeting

Perm/08.06.2012.The annual shareholders’ meeting of Perm Engine Company took place on June 7, 2012. 99.65% of the voting shares were present at the meeting.

The meeting confirmed the company’s annual report and annual financial statements, including profit and loss statements for 2011. It announced an annual dividend for 2011 of 0.07 rubles for one standard share. It approved the auditor for 2012 as the VPK Audit Company.

A new board of directors consisting of nine members has been selected (Reus A. G., Lelikov D. U., Lapotko V. P., Osin P. M., Kirpichev G. B., Dicheskul M. D., and Mikhalev A. B.). A new revising committed of three members has also been selected (Zhurina L.A., Tugaev M. Yu., and ChesnokovaE. V.).
