Perm Engine Company team gets stronger

Perm/31.05.2012 The Perm Engine Company is continuing the process of rotating management staff  specialists are attracted from subdepartments, whose knowledge, experience, and competencies are best suited to meet the needs of the growing company. In May, three new people appeared in the ranks of heads of key departments.

Dmitry Viktorovich Savchenko was named head of PMZs base headquarters department. He graduated from the Novocherkasskaya Engineering Academy specializing in Economics and Company Management. Before being employed by the Perm Engine Company, he worked as department head at RUSAL RESALE (Belaya Kalitva in the Rostov region). He has successful experience in organizing logistics systems at companies in the aluminium industry.

Galina Anatolyevna Klimachova was named head of PMZs human resources department. She previously headed the personnel and management department at Energetik-PM, and has experience in building effective, goal-oriented teams of workers in industrial enterprises. Galina Anatolyevna graduated from the Perm affiliate of the Moscow Modern University of the Humanities.

Yegor Igorevich Korolyov was named head of the department of labor and wages. He previously worked as an electronics engineer, head of the regulatory-research bureau, and deputy head of the department of labor and wages, at Perm Engine Company. Yegor Igorevich graduated from the physics and mathematics department of the Perm State National University.

We have a results-oriented policy to attract and ensure the career growth of the most professional, competent specialists, whose experience and knowledge will allow our company to better meet the goals it faces in its large-scale modernization of technical processes, the significant expansion of production of the PS-90A-76 engine under the Il-476 military transport aircraft program, and the launch of production of the fifth generation PD-14 aviation engine. For this we must first of all increase the motivation and results we get from our workers and specialists along the entire aviation engine production line, as well as ensuring the continuing supply of parts for the companys workshops under these expanding production programs. And whats more, to do all of this based on long-term contracts at effective prices. Perm Engine Company (PMZ) mass produces aviation engines for civil and military applications, as well as industrial gas turbine units for power stations and gas transportation.
