Saturn Gas Turbines (part of the United Engine Corporation) took part in the international forum ‘Oil and Gas in Turkmenistan’, held in Ashkhabad, Turkmenistan, on November
The event was held at Sergi Kosgi the national Exhibition Center of Turkmenistan. It was organized as usual by the Ministry for the Oil and Gas Industry and Mineral Resources of Turkmenistan, and by the Turkmenistan Chamber of Commerce.
Visitors to the Saturn Gas Turbines stand were able to learn about power and gas transportation equipment of various capacities, as well as about which services the company can provide in building and servicing power installations.
On the first day of the exhibition, the Saturn Gas Turbines stand was honored with an official visit from the Turkmeni Deputy Prime Minister Nazarguli Shagulyev.
As part of the exhibition, there was a working meeting with a representative from the state company Turkmengaz, Sakhatmurad Mamedov, where they discussed the potential for delivering three sets of GTU-2.5 gas turbine thermal energy stations for provision of power at the Republic’s gas fields.
