ďThis annual competition of professional skills among young workers is a firm tradition at our company. The competition includes operators of guided machines, electrics, fitters, supervisors, craftsmen, and engineers Ė representatives of all professions that are part of the production process. Competitors includes young men who have just joined the company and are already showing great results, the best of the best, those against whom we judge the rest of our team, and whom we must provide with opportunities for professional career advancement.

It is these young specialists who will implement Perm Engine Companyís plans in the future. And they are huge. Under the government defense contract through to 2020 we must significantly expand production of the PS-90A engine, and every year Gazpromís orders for the most powerful gas turbine units increase. To meet our customersí demands and fill these large orders, we need our young specialists, with their talent, assets, drive, and qualifications.
