In May 2013, Aviadvigatel and Lukoil Perm signed a long-term partnership agreement that envisages repair and technical servicing of four Ural-4000 power stations at the Ilyichevskoye oil and gas field.
The program for repair and technical servicing for the whole lifecycle of the equipment includes comprehensive maintenance and technical support work and servicing, operational repairs and full overhauls, a Ĺtech pharmacyĺ, and so on. Expenses for technical servicing, repairs, and parts are the responsibility of UEC, and the operator pays only for the work on equipment under an agree-upon schedule of fees and payments.
The Perm Design Firm is the first fuel-and-energy company in Russian history to provide services on repairing and servicing its own products across the product lifecycle with payment by machine-hours worked. Lukoil Western Siberia was the first company to sign an agreement for lifetime servicing of Perm gas turbines, more than two years ago. At present Perm engine builders are ensuring the working capability of 22 blocks with a total capacity of 264 mW at the Vatyeganskoye, Tevlinsko-Russinskoye, Krasnoleninskoye, Pokachevskoye, and Povkhovskoye oil and gas fields.
Today the positive experience of Lukoil Western Siberia has been logically extended to another Lukoil subsidiary, Lukoil Perm.
