Saturn Gas Turbines has won the annual regional competition Yaroslavl Business Elite — 2013.
The event was held under the patronage of the Yaroslavl regional government. To determine the winners, they took into account the company’s financial situation, social responsibility, professionalism of the workforce, innovation, and reputation. Saturn Gas Turbines took first place in the category Best Industrial Company in the Region. The organizers’ decision for Saturn Gas Turbines was helped by data about the company’s successes in 2012. The company is first in the region on production growth rates and technical retooling. The quality management system processes for production have received awards by leading independent organisations. Saturn Gas Turbines social policy is balanced and aimed at improving the quality of life — and work — of its employees. The company is systematically implementing its development strategy in all areas, demonstrating a systematic approach to change. Taken together, these indicators show that Saturn Gas Turbines is a leader of Yaroslavl industry, and so it was named by competition organizers.
