NPO Saturn holds its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

On July 22, 2013, NPO Saturn held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, in Rybinsk.

The Meeting of NPO Saturn shareholders confirmed the annual report and the annual financial accounts, including the companyís profit and loss statement, as well as the breakdown of profits and losses based on the results of the 2012 financial year. The shareholders made the decision not to pay dividends on 2012 results.

The following people were chosen for the NPO Saturn Board of Directors: V.A. Gavrilov, I.M. Goncharenko, G.B. Kirpichev, D.Yu. Lelikov, V.E. Masalov, A.V. Neznamov, P.A. Palamarchuk, P.M. Osin, and I.N. Fedorov.

L.A. Zhurina, S.Yu. Lashkina, and M.Yu. Tugaev joined the NPO Saturn Audit Committee.

NPO Saturnís auditor for 2013 was named as the auditing company Research and Development Centre of the Military and Industrial Complex Enterprises Audit.

NPO Saturn is an engine-building company specializing in development, production, and aftersales servicing of gas turbine engines for military and civil aviation, electrical generating and gas transport facilities, and military and civil marine vessels. Saturn is a part of the United Engine Corporation.
