Aviadvigatel fulfils its obligations on time

In September 2013 Aviadvigatel assembled and delivered another GTPP Ural-6000 gas turbine power station for the Irkutsk Oil Company.

This is the fourth power station delivered to the customer in 2012-2013. Therefore Aviadvigatel has fulfilled its obligations under its contract with IOC in full and on time. The new GTPP Ural-6000 will allow the energy company to increase the installed electrical capacity of its existing power center by a further 6 mW. After it is brought online, the total capacity of the Perm GTPPs will amount to 24 mW. The station is planned to launch by the end of 2013.

Aviadvigatelís GTPP Ural-6000 power stations provide electrical power at almost all facilities at the Yaraktinsky field, from drilling installations and gas compressors, to social infrastructure facilities.

Additional information

The GTPP Ural-6000 gas turbine power station is intended for production and provision of electrical power to industrial and domestic consumers, and by using a heat-recovery boiler, for combined production of electricity, hot water, and steam. The GTPP Ural-6000 can use associated petroleum gas for fuel, ensuring its utilization at facilities extracting and processing oil and gas.

There are 22 GTPP Ural-6000 units in operation at customer facilities since 2002. The total workload of the Perm-built power stations as of August 1, 2013, exceeded 325,000 hours.
