Aviadvigatel is the general partner for the Education and Career 2014 exhibition

Aviadvigatel was once again the general partner for the Education and Career 2014 exhibition.

The 16th specialized exhibition for educational establishments, job vacancies, and achievements in the education industry was held on February 1316 in the Permskaya Yarmarka (Perm Fair) Exhibition Center.

Aviadvigatel, the Air and Space Faculty of Perm National Research Polytechnic University (PNRPU), the Shvetsov Perm Aviation Technicum, and the Perm Technicum of Industrial and Information Technologies presented, as usual, their united stand at the exhibition. This allowed visitors to the exhibition to get a broad picture of where they could go to study, so that in future they can create engines for modern aviation and the fuel and energy industry.

Aviadvigatel is one of the most science-intensive companies in the Perm region. Today the Perm design office is the lead developer on the PD-14 engines for the MS-21 project, being implemented under the state program Developing the Aviation Industry in 20132025.

We are interested in training highly-educated and talented young people. For more than half a century Aviadvigatel has been strengthening links with the department of aviation engines and power units at the Perm National Research and Polytechnic University. Together we have created state-of-the-art research laboratories and centers, in which designers of the future are not only getting access to the most modern technologies for design and production of engines, but also getting to take part in real design office projects from the student benches, said managing director and chief designer of the company, Aleksandr Inozemtsev, in his welcoming remarks.

Aviadvigatel and PNRPU have for several years led a targeted enrollment of school graduates in four specialities: Aviation engines and power units, Design-technological provision for machine-building manufacturing, Information security in automated systems, and Informatics and computing technology.

The targeted enrollment provides for free and full-time (in-person) training. The company pays A-students studying under the targeted enrollment an additional allowance and guarantees employment at Aviadvigatel in accordance with the acquired speciality.
